For digital products purchased through Web Impetus, you may request a refund within 2 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, the product must not have been substantially downloaded or accessed. Because of the nature of digital products, we reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine the product has been used.
For physical products, you may request a return and refund within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Once your return or refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including custom or bespoke work, services that have already been rendered, and digital products that have been downloaded or accessed beyond the 2-day window.
