Yes. We start with a health check and tell you if anything needs fixing before a plan can cover it. Fixes are quoted, never buried in the plan.
Shopify keeps the servers up. It doesn't test your apps after they update, check that checkout still works, or notice when a theme change breaks mobile. That's the job.
No caps on products, edits or requests to run the store you have. The limit is scope, not volume: anything that has to be built new is quoted.
We restore it: the same day on Standard, within four hours on Pro and on every ecommerce plan, and as fast as we can on Essential.
