Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit webimpetus.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, who handles it for us and what you can ask us to do with it. Web Impetus is run by Highway Media Pvt Ltd, Sector 80, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us").

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in a form (a growth diagnosis, a planning call, a site check or a landing-page enquiry) we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your business type, your website if you give one, and the budget or spend range you pick.
• Job applications. Your name, contact details, the role, and the links you share (for example a LinkedIn profile or a résumé link). We don't receive the files themselves, only the links.
• How the site is used. Pages visited, the page you came from, the ad or campaign that brought you, rough location from your IP address, device and browser. This comes from analytics and advertising tags and from our hosting provider's logs.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare for the call you asked for and send you what we said we would.
• To consider your job application.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we spend our own marketing budget sensibly, and to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry.
• To keep the forms free of spam and the site secure.

We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

Who handles it for us

• Formspark receives form submissions and passes them to us. Botpoison checks each submission for spam before it's sent.
• Google (through Google Tag Manager) runs our analytics and advertising measurement, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Where we advertise on other platforms, their own measurement tags may also run.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard request logs for security.

These providers may process data outside India. They act on our instructions and under their own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies

The analytics and advertising tags set cookies to tell visits apart and to connect an ad click with a later enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we're talking to you and afterwards as a record of what was asked and agreed, unless you ask us to delete them. Job applications are kept for up to a year so we can come back to you about later openings. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google account.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw consent to us using it, by writing to info@webimpetus.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can also raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
