Web Impetus, operating under Highway Media Pvt Ltd, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software and digital products solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or digital products. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission. You may not sublicense or transfer your rights to any third party.
All software, digital products, and associated intellectual property provided by Web Impetus remain the exclusive property of Highway Media Pvt Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the licensed software and destroy all copies in your possession.
The software and digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Web Impetus does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Web Impetus and Highway Media Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our software or digital products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
