Pictures
Inserting web-based pictures is easy. You just copy and paste, or otherwise type, its address into the appropriate field and hit the Test button to check that WebImpetus recognises it. WebImpetus also has a Pictures Option for frequently used images. Clients who have purchased this can store images directly in the WebImpetus database.
Each block of text (main text and other 'page objects') on your page can have a picture associated with it.
Add links
WebImpetus lets you specify Next and Previous links, clickable links within images and a list of other links, all of which can, of course, go anywhere in your template. As with pictures, the simple way to enter links is just to copy them from your browser and paste them into WebImpetus.
Preview
You can preview your page from either within the page record, or from a list, with just one click
User-definable fields
The document entry screen contains three user definable fields that you can use for any purpose. You might, for instance use one to store product prices, since these will frequently appear in a type style quite distinct from other page objects.
Reference
The reference field lets you store your reference number or code as a separate item.
Heading and subheading
There are two fields to store your page heading and subheading. These two items are, of course, normally formatted quite distinctly.
